Better Client Care - Introduction & Index

The Better Client Care Guidance Manual has been produced to help solicitors apply good management practices to both the running of their firms and caring for their clients. It is intended to be a guide to better practice, not a standard against which complaints will be measured. It will be revised, adapted and supplemented as required. It can be seen as complementary to Ensuring Excellence (even Better Practice in Practice) which deals with good risk management in practice.

The first part of the manual consists of a number of chapters on different aspects of client care and practice management, each written by a different practitioner. There are then a number of checklists that will help solicitors privide the best possible service to their clients. Use the links on this page for more information.
