AGM Formalities

If you have any matters to be raised at the AGM please contact the Group Secretary.

Nominations of Ordinary Members of the Group to fill a vacancy on the Committee must reach the Secretary of the Group no less than twenty-eight days before the date of the relevant AGM. Each nomination must be signed by a proposer and seconder, and by the nominee, all being current Members of the Group. If any member wishes to join the Committee, please complete and return a Nomination Form to the Group Secretary.
