Unacceptable Actions by Service Users
The Society will always try to do its best to meet the needs of those who contact us in good faith. Every now and again we experience behaviour that is unacceptable and on these extremely rare occasions we rely on an Unacceptable Actions by Service Users policy, which sets out the action we will take. Full details of this policy are attached in a Word document on the right hand side of this page.
