Scottish Executive Consultation - Proposals for Charities Reorganisation (Scotland) Regulations 2007
These regulations will provide a reorganisation mechanism specifically for those charities that do not have the power to reorganise in their constitutions. The purpose of the consultation exercise is to ensure that this is achieved in the most straightforward and cost-effective way possible.
