Banking Law Sub-Committee
Banking Bill The Banking Law sub-Committee recently suggested some amendments to the Banking Bill to better reflect practice north of the border. The amendments were taken up by the House of Lords in the report stage of the Bill's reading. The Law Society of Scotland's letter to the Treasury.
The Banking Act received Royal Assent on 12 February.
