Scottish Government Second Consultation to inform Scotland's Climate Change Adaptation Framework
The Environmental Law Sub-Committee of the Law Society has issued a short written submission to the Scottish Government's second consultation to inform Scotland's Climate Change Adaptation Framework. In the response, the Sub-Committee agrees with the view set out in the Ministerial Foreword that climate change is one of the most serious threats faced today.
