Intellectual Property Office (IPO) Consultation on Copyright-The Future
The IP Sub-Committee responded to an IPO Consultation entitled "Copyright The Future Developing a Copyright Agenda for the 21st century" in February 2009. In its response, the sub-committee expressed its concern over an imbalance which has been created in the digital age towards the retention of information with the result that the legitimate use of information has been prejudiced.
