Licensing Law Sub-Committee
Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Bill
The Licensing Law Sub-Committee have responded to Parts 8 and 9 of the Bill. The Scottish Government have announced that Section 129 (Sale of Alcohol to Persons Under 21 etc.) and Section 140 (Licensed Premises: Social Responsibility Levy) are ro be removed from the Bill at Stage 2 and may be introduced in a Health Bill in the future.
