Scottish Government Consultation on Draft Crofting Reform (Scotland) Bill
The Rural Affairs Sub-Committee has responded to the Scottish Government's Consultation on the draft Crofting Reform (Scotland) Bill. The provisions in the draft Bill have been developed in response to the Inquiry on Crofting's final report and the subsequent Government response. The Society's response focuses on underlying legal principles contained in the Bill.
