Crofting Reform (Scotland) Bill
The Crofting Reform (Scotland) Bill was introduced in the Parliament on 9 December 2009. The aim of the Bill is to “put in place a robust regulatory and governance framework for the future of crofting…and ensure that crofting continues to contribute to sustainable economic growth in some of Scotland’s most remote, rural communities.”
