Call for Evidence on the European Commission's Green Paper about European Contract Law

The Government has issued a Call for Evidence from interested parties about the impact of the European Commission's policy proposals on individuals and organisations in the United Kingdom.

Damages (Scotland) Bill

The Society's Obligations Committee has responded to the Justice Committee's call for written evidence on the Damages (Scotland) Bill. The Society will also be giving oral evidence on the Bill on 7 September.
