American Bar Association Global Business Law Forum
The second Global Business Law Forum, hosted by the American bar
Association (ABA) Business Law Section, will take place in London
in September and will focus on cross-border issues pertinent to all
business law specialists.
The forum brings together some of the brightest legal minds from
across North America and Europe. The three day conference will
cover 15 sessions focusing on issues around the following four
business law specialities:
- mergers and acquisitions
- corporate finance
- creditors' rights
- corporate practice
The forum provides an ideal platform for business solicitors to
hear and discuss the current issues and developments in cross
border transactions as well as offering the opportunity for
networking with lawyers, barristers and solicitors from the UK,
Europe and North America.
The Global Business Law Forum is open to all members and non
members of the ABA.
