• An overview of consumer law issues
• Changes made by the Consumer Credit Act 2006: unfair credit relationships; consumer credit jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service; Unenforceability of credit and hire agreements under the CCA; Claims Management Companies
• Implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive
