Paralegal Training
Update do not offer courses to qualify as a paralegal, but do run a series of seminars on various topical issues to assist paralegals with continuous professional development as well as our mainstream programme of seminars. Many of these seminars offer special discounted rates for paralegals to attend.
Whilst the Society does not impose CPD requirements on paralegals, those who are members of the Scottish Paralegal Association (SPA) or the Society of Specialist Paralegals (SSP) require to undertake 10 hours in each practice year.
